To use this service for the first timeyou must "Create Account".

To use the system again, after creating an account, you must "Login".

If you have problems creating your account using your email address please use an alternative email address or download an application from our website.

You can apply for up to 3 preference schools on your application.

After you have submitted your application you will receive an email confirming your submission.

Please apply using the name as it appears on your child’s birth certificate.

You must only use one method to apply for a place. If you have already made a paper application please do not apply online, similarly if you apply online please do not make a paper application. If you do, the latest application made will be the application we consider.

Please Note: Parents are requested to consider how a child would be transported to school, as transport entitlement is only considered if a student is attending their nearest or catchment school and meets all the other qualifying criteria set by the School Transport team.If you make a parental preference selection of a school that is not your catchment school, you will not be eligible for travel assistance. Information regarding school transport can be foundhere.

In Year Admissions

It is important that you provide any relevant documentation to support your application this could include;

•proof of your child's date of birth,

•proof of address (for military families youmustprovide proof of billeting address) and

•any relevant court orders with your application.

The processing of your application will be delayed if you fail to submit the relevant evidence.

In-year applications are for admissions during the academic school year, other than the normal year of entry (starting school, transfer to Middle school, transfer to Secondary school, transfer to Upper school).

In-year applications for September 2024 can only be made from 5 May 2024.

The last date for making an application online for the current academic year is 30 June 2024.You can apply online for the academic year September 2024 - July 2024, via the in-year application process from May 2024 onwards.

We receive a high volume of applications to be processed during this time. We will write to you when we receive your application to let you know it has been received. We will then write to you with the outcome as soon as it has been processed.

Any applications made during July 2024 will likely be processed by the end of September 2024.

Applications are not processed during the school holidays. As the schools are closed during these periods, we can't liaise with school staff. It is therefore extremely unlikely that your child will be able to start at their new school at the beginning of term. If you have already submitted an In-Year application online and wish to change your preferences, please contact the School Admissions Team on 0300 300 8037 to request a change of preference form. The National closing date for Secondary and Upper school 2024 applications has now passed. Anything received between 1st of November 2023 and 15th of March 2024 will be considered as a Late application and processed in our late allocation round in April 2024.

(15 March 2024 - Parents who wish to Change their preferences need to complete a Change of Preference form by this date to be consideredin the LATE round).
