Heavily accented individual (foreign, non-American) asked to have us FAX our business insurance policy to them, as Bank of America would like to review the policy for security purposes. Who actually has a business insurance policy, and (hey scammers, yeah, you) .... I don't think B of A sells insurance policies ... you should've said you're from Berkshire Hathaway.

Asked for my social security number. (Scam call) reported by Jason
Call clean that it was from the Social Security administration and that there was a pending lawsuit against me from the state of Texas. They asked if my first name was in fact it was. The second question they asked was for confirmation of my Social Security number. I asked them to tell me what number they had in confirmation and he promptly hung up.

Stolen insurance renewal info, pretend to be BofA agents, also called another time using 866-265-3321, just so happened both callers got heavy Indian/Pakistani accent. I nornally don't pick up these calls, but a second time, I answered it & again, an East Indian accent (only this time a female), when I asked: "are you calling from Pakistan?", she promptly hung up on me - in the process, acknowledging it was a scam????????????
